User Rating: Be the first one!

One of the best features of this travel stroller is its ease of use. New parents won’t have any problems loading it and unloading it out of their cars. It is super light and only takes one hand to fold and unfold. You won’t even have to bend over to load it into the trunk.

The stroller was designed with growing children in mind, so your kid will be sitting comfortably in it even after they outgrow the infant car seat. It has a lightweight aluminum frame, making the stroller very easy to push and to handle. Coming with three wheels, instead of four, it is much easier to turn around and maneuver than a standard four-wheel stroller.

Features

  • Seat

On its own, the seat is not suitable for newborns, but it has a multi-position recline mechanism which includes the near-flat position (essential for a comfy nap). The straps on the back off the seat need to be used to lift or lower the seat. When its set to a full-recline, there is an additional mesh window that gives the child extra ventilation. Unfortunately, the leg rest is not adjustable, but it is padded with a nice soft fabric, so it should be very comfortable.

The toddler seat also features a five-point harness that can be adjusted as your child grows. The shoulder straps come with extra padding for your kiddo’s comfort.

  • Large canopy

A sizeable canopy is always a much-appreciated feature. It will protect your child from the sun even at high noon. It is comprised of three panes and has a big peek-a-boo window. The peek-a-boo window is made out of black mesh in order to provide some additional shade while allowing for fresh air to get in.

  • Handlebar

It has one handlebar, it only requires one hand, so you’ll have no problem using the phone while pushing the stroller. Being at 40.5 inches from the ground, the stroller is convenient for short and average-height parents. The handlebar is nicely padded with foam.

  • Fold, Size, and Weight

The automatic folding mechanism could be the most outstanding feature of this model, it is very convenient and takes up little space. Simply press the button on the side, then pull the strap located in the seat, and there you have it – quick and easy! If you have some urgent business in town or you’re about to go running errands, just grab it, fold it in a couple of seconds, and throw it in the car.

  • Assembly

Parents that have tried this travel system have been pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to put the infant car seat and the stroller together. The infant car seat and its base don’t require any assembly. As for the stroller, you only need to position the wheels into their respective places. The manual is very easy to follow, and you’ll have the whole travel system ready to go in a couple of minutes.

  • Infant Car Seat

Considering that newborns have to be delicately placed in and out of the car seat, the infant car seat features a harness system. The straps are quite easy to adjust, so you won’t have to spend a lot of time being hunched over the seat, frustratingly trying to adjust them. Britax has really simplified the whole process by including a red button that allows you to adjust the straps to your liking.

The Britax B-Safe 25 infant car seat also features a sturdy canopy of its own. Just like the stroller’s canopy, this one will also protect the soft skin of your baby even in mid-summer. Of course, it is also useful on rainy days.

With its SafeCell Impact protection system that has a steel frame and an impact absorbing base, it is one of the safest cars seats on the market. It is equipped with a single layer of side impact protection. The foam-lined shell brings side-to-side movements to a minimum, ensuring the maximum protection of your baby.

  • Wheels and Brakes

Every parent will be relieved to see the easy-to-use single action brakes. You can use them with flip-flops, sneakers, or even high heels. They are efficient and completely safe.

Plastic wheels might not be the best out there, but these are filled with foam and can take on uneven sidewalks quite well. You won’t have any problems pushing the stroller over grass, but gravel might be more difficult. The stroller also features all wheel-suspension that ensures a smooth and steady ride, suitable for napping in peace.

  • Maneuverability

The maneuverability is a major selling point of this model. It is easy to use it around shopping stores, take on tight spaces with it, and make ultra tight turns. For better agility, the front wheel is pivoting, another benefit of the three-wheel design.

Britax 2017 B Agile & B Safe 35 Travel System, Black

What’s wrong with the product?

The canopy has a velcro closure, instead of a magnetic one. It makes noise that can disturb your child’s comfy nap.

The handlebar cannot be adjusted, which is an unpleasant surprise. Even though the other features are excellent, some parents will maybe have to walk away from this product if this handlebar doesn’t suit there height.

Conclusion

With Britax 2017 B Agile & B Safe 35 Travel System, parents are guaranteed their child will be well-protected during family rides and strolls. The fact that this product is so pocket-friendly is very awesome, especially with all the features it comes with. You will certainly avoid all the frustrations that come with a heavy and clumsy stroller.
